Mic Cheque terms of use

1. What the app is for

Mic Cheque shows you your own shows, fees, statements and approvals as an artist or team member. The app is a window onto the administration of the office that books you; it is not that administration itself.

2. Your account

You gain access through an invitation. An act, booking agency, management or production company invites you at your own email address. Never share your password. If you want someone to look along with you, use a personal authorisation in the app.

3. What you see

Your role determines your access. An artist sees the fee, costs and split of the act. A session musician or other team member sees their own fee. This access is enforced on the server.

4. Careful use

• Do not share data with people who have no right to it.
• Do not lend out your account.
• Do not try to reach other people’s data and do not disrupt the service.

5. An approval is a decision

Approving a booking or a split can affect what is paid out. The decision and the way it was confirmed are recorded. If you disagree, object rather than approve.

6. Availability

We aim for a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or faults may limit the app temporarily.

7. End of access

Your access ends when the collaboration ends, when your office withdraws the account, or when you request deletion. Administration that must be kept by law may continue to exist after that.

8. Questions and complaints

Questions about your fee or payment go to your office. For privacy requests, use Account and data deletion.
